At The Crazy Store, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. To ensure full transparency, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and shipping work on our platform.

Since every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the product arrives damaged. Our verification and shipping process is designed to protect customers while maintaining fairness for all orders.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as dislike, change of mind, size issues, or personal preference.

A return or refund is accepted only if the product is delivered in a damaged condition. To qualify for a damage claim, customers must provide a continuous, non-paused, non-edited, uncut parcel-opening video, recorded from the moment of receiving the parcel until complete unboxing.

The video must clearly show:

  • The outer packaging
  • The unboxing process
  • The damaged product inside

Without this video proof, damage claims cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Damage Claim Process

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately using the details below:

Please share your order number along with the uncut parcel-opening video. Our team will review the submitted proof to verify the issue.

Claims with edited videos, paused recordings, unclear footage, or missing proof will not be accepted.

Replacements & Refunds

Once a damage claim is approved:

  • A replacement of the same product will be provided
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

Refunds are processed via UPI, bank transfer, or wallet payment and usually take 3–7 business days to reflect after approval.

Refunds are issued only when replacement stock is not available.

Non-Returnable Conditions

A product is not eligible for return or refund if:

  • The product is not damaged
  • The required uncut opening video is not provided
  • The video is edited, paused, or unclear
  • The customer simply dislikes the product
  • The issue relates to size, colour tone, or personal expectations

These conditions are in place to prevent misuse of return privileges and ensure fairness.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on location, pin code, weather conditions, and courier performance.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. During peak seasons or sale periods, timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on product weight, courier partner, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping fee is clearly displayed at checkout before order placement.

Some products may include free shipping as part of promotional offers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected pin codes. If a customer repeatedly refuses COD orders or fails to receive parcels, COD access may be restricted.

If a COD parcel is returned due to non-acceptance or incorrect address, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link or AWB number via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect after dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is delayed by the courier, we request patience as most delays are resolved automatically.

If a parcel is marked as lost by the courier partner, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
