Slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting,
photography, and screen display differences.

Prices listed on the website may change at any time without prior notice.
Product availability may vary, and although we update our stock regularly,
an item may become unavailable after an order is placed.

In such cases, we will notify you immediately and offer a refund or replacement,
subject to availability.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors,
suspicious activity, or incomplete information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, contact numbers,
and email addresses. The Crazy Store is not responsible for delivery delays or failures
caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Payments

We accept payments via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
All payments must be completed before an order is processed.

The Crazy Store does not store, process, or access sensitive payment details.
All transactions are handled securely through RBI-approved and PCI-DSS–compliant
payment gateways.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders across India. Most orders are dispatched within
1–3 working days.

Delivery timelines depend on location, courier partner performance,
weather conditions, and seasonal factors, and typically range between
4–9 working days after dispatch.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

The Crazy Store follows a strict returns and refunds policy.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as
change of mind, dislike, personal preference, or size issues.

A return or replacement is allowed only if the product received is damaged.
To validate a damage claim, customers must provide a
continuous, unedited parcel-opening video recorded from the moment
of receiving the parcel to complete unboxing.

The video must clearly show the outer packaging, internal contents,
and the damaged product. Claims submitted without this video proof
will not be accepted.

If the damage is verified, a replacement of the same product will be provided.
If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original
payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.

Approved refunds are typically processed within
3–7 working days.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be issued to
the original payment method.

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders or fail to accept deliveries
may have their COD service restricted.

8. Liability

The Crazy Store is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by
courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our website, products, or services.

Products must be used according to the instructions provided.
Misuse or mishandling voids all guarantees and claims.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, graphics,
product descriptions, and design elements, is the intellectual property
of The Crazy Store.

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, or use of any content
is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

Personal information is collected solely for order processing,
